Job Description
We are seeking a Part-time NOC LPN Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team of professionals!
In this role as a LPN, you will:
- Perform a wide variety of resident care activities and accommodative services for assigned residents as directed by the Nurse manager/Supervisor
- Provide medication according to individual residents and abilities
- Provides, plans, coordinates or manages nursing services and health education to residents acquiring complex care
- Direct supervision of CNA staff
* NOC shift: 10:00pm-6:30am with a $1.50 shift differential pay
The ideal candidate will have skilled nursing experience, sub-acute care, and complex skilled care background is a plus. Supervisory experience is appreciated. Must be a team player and strong leadership skills are required.
Qualified applicants will have current state LPN licensure and CPR certification. Experience with PCC is a plus.
We are located one mile South of Capitol Drive/one mile North of Bluemound Rd on Barker Road
