Job Summary:

Delta Staffing LTC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel LPN to join our team for a skilled nursing assignment in Wisconsin. • Provide high-quality patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a skilled nursing setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and other medical interventions as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers
• Monitor patient progress, report changes, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
• Perform a variety of tasks, including vital signs, wound care, and assisting with activities of daily living

• Salary: $37 - $40 HOURLY (negotiable based on experience)

• Wisconsin compact license accepted (multistate license welcome)
• Must bring a reliable car
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience a plus

• 1 year of minimum experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
