This position allows you to create a schedule that works for you while delivering high-quality clinical care and leadership to our residents.

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Complete assessments and monitor resident conditions
• Develop and update care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
• Respond to changes in condition and emergency situations appropriately
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of care

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• In good standing with the Wisconsin Board of Nursing
• Ability to travel
• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
