Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks an experienced RN for the Nurse Navigator role within the System Cancer Program. You will coordinate oncology care across settings, educate patients and families, and guide them from diagnosis through survivorship and end-of-life planning.
This 40-hour, full-time position operates weekdays with flexible scheduling as provider calendars require. Required BSN and RN licensure, CPR, and certification in OCN or Nurse Navigator within 2 years.
