Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks an Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN) to coordinate cancer care across the continuum, from diagnosis to survivorship, and to advocate for patients. You will educate patients, work with a multidisciplinary team, and help ensure timely access to quality care throughout all cancer care phases.
The role requires a BSN, 5+ years oncology experience, an Illinois RN license, CPR, and OCN/Nurse Navigator certification within 2 years.
