This is a part-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner role based in Green Bay, WI. Potential growth to full-time hours as patient volume increases. The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care, including conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications in accordance with scope of practice and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consults, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, managing chronic and acute health conditions, and delivering patient education on treatment options and holistic preventive care.

The role involves coordinating care with physicians, nurses, and support staff, maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the medical record, and participating in quality improvement and clinic workflow initiatives. The Nurse Practitioner will also contribute to a positive, inclusive care environment that supports patient comfort, safety, and trust.

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Wisconsin and national certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP, or equivalent), or eligibility to obtain prior to start date.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care for diverse patient populations.
• Experience or strong interest in holistic, wellness-oriented, or integrative care settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, documentation standards, and basic clinical technology.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a steady patient schedule and prioritize tasks safely.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program; prior outpatient or primary care experience is preferred but not required.
