- Plan, prepare, and deliver instruction and assessment of learning outcomes
- Utilize engaging instructional strategies and methodologies that foster student success

- Remain accessible to students outside scheduled classroom time
- Provide educational leadership and work effectively with faculty, administration, and campus support staff
- Maintain Faculty Quality Assurance System requirements and licensure required by other agencies for accreditation
- Comply with College policies and practices related to instruction, assessment, and delivery
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needs arise
- Master's Degree in Nursing OR a BSN enrolled in and actively pursuing completion of MSN
- Two years of direct occupational work experience, including at least one year within the last five years
- Must meet requirements of appropriate accrediting agencies
- Have or be able to obtain Wisconsin Nursing licensure and be certifiable by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing
- Employment is conditional on completion of a Caregiver Background Check with acceptable results to the clinical agencies
- Ability to move around campus and work around fixed equipment and machinery
- Ability to use office equipment, tools, controls, and/or heavy equipment and machinery
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to read documents and communicate effectively with students and staff
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout employment
Demonstrates expertise in instructional planning and assessment, with a strong focus on student engagement and success. Holds a Master's Degree in Nursing or is actively pursuing an MSN, along with the necessary Wisconsin Nursing licensure.
