We are seeking a detail orientated and dependable Registered Nurse to join our team!

The Registered Nurse works one on one with clients through Clarity Care’s Home Health Department; focusing on their individual needs to help them achieve improved quality of life and a sense of independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess physical aptitudes and capabilities that will enable performance of the job to include: ability to stoop, stand, pull, push, hear, see, kneel, walk, grasp, reach, talk, and lift at least 35 pounds.

Education and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited College of Nursing with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse Licensure with the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing Required.
  • Undergo successful orientation and participate in competency-based assessments of skills on a regular basis as required by state law.
  • One year experience in General, Home Health and/or Public Health nursing required, 2 years and Home Health experience preferred.
  • Must possess a valid WI driver’s license (where required), and ability to meet agency driving standards. Must provide proof of auto insurance (where required).
  • Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
