Two - 10-hr shifts per week (between Monday-Friday): 6:45am - 5:15pm.

• The schedule is available on the 15th of the month prior for planning purposes.
• The scheduled days are primarily between Tuesday
  - Friday and very rarely on Monday.
• The position will cover at the primary location in Green Bay and also at our other two neurology clinics in Two Rivers & Marinette. This will likely be a biweekly rotation for travel to the other clinics.

Actual compensation offered in the Pay Range of $21.85- $32.80 for an MA or $24.10 - $36.15 for an LPN and will be based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience and/or training.

• LPN:
  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and
• MA:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 45 days unless department leader has determined it is not required.

As a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse

As a key member of the ambulatory care team, you will:

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
