• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care based on individualized Plans of Care.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and their families.
• Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and independence in their homes.
• Deliver care that reflects A Higher Standard of Care.

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB test, as required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays, as needed.
• A compassionate heart and a genuine passion for helping others.
