We are seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit role.
Requirements Include- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
- Perform focused patient reassessments and elevate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and monitor post-procedure recovery.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Competitive gross pay, approximately $14,446/month.
- Guaranteed pay with no worry about canceled shifts.
- Premium overtime pay at 2x hourly rate.
- Weekly pay schedule.
