This position is primarily Monday through Friday, working an 8-hour shift. Start and end times may vary based on clinic needs and may include schedules such as 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional weekend coverage in the Newborn Clinic may be required.

Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing

- Friday, 7:30am-5pm

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

The same specialized UW Health doctors you would see at American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison is available at Aurora Bay Care, through a collaboration with Aurora Health Care and UW Health. If your child has a rare or complicated condition, they can be treated in Green Bay and referred to Madison only when necessary. That means your family can avoid the added stress and cost of traveling for specialized medical care.
