12 N Pay Rate: $2026.00 - $2129.00
RN ICU jobs at the facility in Mount Pleasant, WI let you provide critical care to patients in a modern intensive care unit. You will assess, monitor, and treat patients with complex medical needs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and document care in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. You must have an active Wisconsin RN license or multi-state compact license and at least 1 year of recent ICU experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
Experience with EMR systems is valuable. Recommended skills include strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity environment.
