Your Benefits PackageWe believe in rewarding our team members with a comprehensive benefits package that supports your personal and professional growth. Here’s a look at what we offer:
- Salary: $125,000+ (based on experience), plus Pro Sal incentives (20% services, 8% medications)
- Work Schedule:
4-day workweek (no weekends) - Health Coverage:

Licenses, VIN membership, and Association dues covered
- Holds a DVM degree and is licensed (or eligible) in Wisconsin.
- Brings at least 1-2 years of general practice experience (comfortable independently managing medical and surgical cases) preferred; open to mentoring a passionate new grad
- Possesses excellent communication skills, collaborates well with the team, and enjoys a fast-paced, efficient work environment.
- Has a strong interest or experience in holistic/alternative medicine (certifications in acupuncture or chiropractic are highly desirable).
- Embraces continual learning, personal growth, and team collaboration.
- Provide high-quality, compassionate general practice and holistic patient care.
- Leverage our highly skilled support team to maximize practice efficiency and patient outcomes
