QA Specialist / Manager, Quality Control / Manager
On-site role in Green Bay, WI. No remote or hybrid.
Senior-level quality leadership experience required.
The RoleThis role owns and maintains LMC’s quality systems in support of regulated and complex manufacturing work.
You’ll lead quality assurance efforts across the organization—partnering closely with operations, engineering, and leadership to ensure work is executed correctly, documented properly, and meets customer and regulatory requirements.
This role is best suited for someone who has led quality systems in regulated manufacturing environments and understands how quality integrates with day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Maintain and improve LMC’s Quality Assurance program and policies
- Interpret and apply company, customer, and regulatory quality standards
- Lead complaint, nonconformance, corrective action, and root cause analysis processes
- Plan and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance
- Lead internal and external audits and maintain quality documentation
- Partner with operations to track, document, and resolve quality and safety issues
- Support vendor quality audits, performance tracking, and compliance
- Assist with continuous improvement efforts across the organization
- Help educate teams on project-specific quality requirements and standards
- Experience leading quality assurance in regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong working knowledge of QA terminology, methods, and tools
- Experience with corrective actions, root cause analysis, and audits
- Knowledge of manufacturing plans for government and nuclear contracts preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with operations and engineering
Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA are preferred.
