OverviewWe currently have openings for a Microbiology Lab Technician I to join our Corporate Microbiology team at our headquarters in Westfield, Wisconsin. The role is part of our A2LA ISO 17025 accredited food microbiology laboratory, responsible for conducting critical microbiological food testing and analyzing product and environmental samples. This position plays a key part in safeguarding food safety and quality for millions of customers nationwide.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Collect and test product and environmental samples following proper Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs)
- Identify potential food safety concerns early and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with senior lab technicians and management to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality microbiology lab
- Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to drive company-wide success
Based on education and work experience, the total compensation package is estimated between $50,000 and $55,000+ per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package:
