We currently have openings for a Microbiology Lab Technician I to join our Corporate Microbiology team at our headquarters in Westfield, Wisconsin. This role involves conducting critical microbiological food testing and analyzing product and environmental samples in our A2LA ISO 17025 accredited food microbiology laboratory. Equipped with cutting‑edge technology, this lab supports daily operations to ensure food safety across all of our products.

As a key member of our Microbiology team, you will assist in testing samples following Good Laboratory Practices, identify potential food safety concerns, collaborate with senior lab technicians and management to maintain a safe, efficient, and high‑quality laboratory, and communicate effectively with production and quality teams to drive company‑wide success.

• 3:30 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturday shifts may be required, with flexibility to adjust days as necessary)
