Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC (Acme Street) is seeking a QA Technician to perform daily quality checks, document GMP and SOP activities, and monitor food safety and product quality on the production floor. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
The successful candidate will inspect finished product quality, collect lab samples, interact with USDA as needed, and help implement corrective actions to meet specifications.
