Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC (Acme Street) is an American Foods Group facility located in Green Bay, WI, dedicated to beef harvesting with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. As Our QA Technician, you will rotate tasks, conduct GMP and SOP checks, monitor food safety procedures, perform inspections, collect samples for lab analysis, and interact with USDA as needed to ensure compliance and product quality.
Training in SQF, GMP, HACCP is provided.
