Green Bay Dressed Beef, LLC (Acme Street) is seeking a QA Technician to support daily quality assurance tasks at our Green Bay plant. The role includes temperature checks, sampling, documentation, and collaboration with USDA inspectors to ensure product safety and conformity to specs.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and experience with GMPs, HACCP, and SQF training. Overtime and varied temperatures are part of the job.
