Our client, a leader in consumer insights and strategic marketing, is seeking a dedicated Senior Consumer Researcher to join their innovative team. As a Senior Consumer Researcher, you will play a vital role in supporting the Consumer Research team within the Precision Marketing department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for uncovering consumer insights that drive impactful business decisions.

Job Title: Senior Consumer Researcher

Location: Cincinnati/Chicago location preferred but remote

Pay Range: 50.00

• Execute comprehensive consumer research projects, including questionnaire development, data analysis, and report creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research opportunities and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
• Advocate for consumer-centric approaches across client brands, promoting the adoption of research tools and best practices.
• Support the development of scalable research products aligned with business questions and needs.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance throughout all research deliverables.

• Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies with experience managing end-to-end projects.
• Proficiency with research software/tools such as SPSS, R, Python, Forsta, Question Pro, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Lighthouse Studio, or similar.
• Ability to analyze various data types and synthesize insights effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
