Delaware North Sport service is hiring a part-time Supervisor to join our team at 46 Below Cafe at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

What will you do?- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Manage labor and profit loss
- Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
- Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
- Assists the management team with scheduling the team members for the cafe
- Enforces and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in food and beverage or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-of-house restaurant or food service position required
- Experience processing card payments using computerized point-of-sale system required
- Ability to obtain a Village of Ashwaubenon alcohol operator’s license within 60 days of hire date
- Possess basic knowledge of bar operations and basic math skills
- Ability to remain on feet for entire length of shift, constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- Ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare bills
- Majority of time spent alternating between indoor, climate-controlled environment of café and outside environments, depending on the season
