Description

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our members and guests. Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidates. You will work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, ensuring that service standards and food safety regulations are always upheld.

Reports to: Food & Beverage Director and Food & Beverage Services/Sports Center Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Service indoor and outdoor dining areas, including private events at both the Main Clubhouse and Sports Center.
  • Greet and serve members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take accurate orders, deliver food and beverages, and clear tables in a timely manner.
  • Process member accounts and cash transactions using the POS system.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and offer recommendations to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
  • Uphold sanitation, food safety, and club service standards.
  • Assist with special events, including setup and takedown, at both locations.
  • Execute to‑go and mobile orders accurately (Main Clubhouse).
  • Assist with special events at the Pool Deck as needed (Sports Center).
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of food service experience preferred.
  • Serve Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
  • Ability to work in both an indoor dining room and an outdoor poolside environment, depending on the location.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Navigate through crowded areas safely, including stairs and uneven surfaces.
