The opportunity
Delaware North Sport service is hiring part‑time Bussers to join our team at 1919 Kitchen and Tap in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Busser, you will demonstrate excellent time management skills as well as the ability to set priorities and respond to changing needs within the dining room.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.
Pay$6.50 – $6.50 / hour

What will you do?- Assists wait staff in clearing tables
- Cleans areas and assists with set‑up and clean‑up as needed
- Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Resets tables after guests leave
- Work with kitchen to tray food
- Run food to the dining room for servers
- Refills guests’ empty water glasses
- Restocks service areas at the end of the shift
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be available to work daytime, weekday shifts.
- No experience required
- Guest service orientation; ability to adhere to Company’s Guest Path Universal Service Standards
- Ability to communicate with guests, read and follow written instructions in English
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to carry full trays up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs
- Good mobility to maneuver between tables to clear plates
- Variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate‑controlled dining environment
