Overview

2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Brand Representative, representing our client, Dell.

Responsibilities

The Brand Representative (BA) will primarily be responsible for building relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores on behalf of Dell.

  • Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders inside of stores, including shoppers and retail associates.
  • Leverage relationship building to educate retail associates on latest Dell offerings.
  • Ensure Dell’s retail brand standards are maintained by inspecting all Dell branded displays and marketing.
  • Refresh product displays on a quarterly basis.
  • Travel within assigned territory to physically visit various retailers, generating brand excitement from managers and retail associates.

Typical work:
Tuesday‑Saturday, schedule flexible to create a positive work/life balance.

Shopper Experience
  • Demonstrate and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market.
  • Be the in‑store resource to answer questions, discuss product features, and provide hands‑on demonstrations.
  • Ensure all retailer sales personnel are highly knowledgeable on the unique selling points of Dell devices.
  • Conduct experience events to engage Retail Sales Associates and customers.
Brand Presence
  • Confirm display devices are clean, functional, and available for customers to use.
  • Partner with store leaders on solutions for pricing or merchandising issues.
  • Execute resets, including placement or removal of devices and marketing material.
Market Intelligence
  • Provide insight into marketplace trends of territory retailers.
  • Collect consumer insights weekly and gather intelligence from stores exceeding sales performance.
  • Provide data on competitor pricing, incentives, promotions, and customer preference or sentiment.
Performance Measurements
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
  • Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
  • Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
  • Effectively execute sales activities inside each location during all visits.
  • Effectively demonstrate an ongoing ability to establish, maintain and influence business relationships through increased shelf space, product placement and consistent productivity.
  • Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred.
  • 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
  • Strong multi‑tasking skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment.
  • Travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other markets.
  • Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage.

  • Weekly pay and next day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
  • $20 per hour based on market location and candidate experience.
