We are seeking a Stock Associate to assist with inventory management and product stocking in our retail store.
Responsibilities- Receive and process merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring that products are easy to find and access
- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring that they are neat and organized
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any discrepancies or low stock levels
- Assist customers with locating merchandise and answering product-related questions
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Follow safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or inventory management (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 pounds
