Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead who also serves as Floor Leader on Duty. The role combines guiding Bear Builders and delivering exceptional Guest service to achieve store sales goals.
On duty, you’ll direct the team and model Experience First behaviors, while also performing Bear Builder duties when not designated as Floor Leader. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED and can commit to 15–25 hours weekly.
