Festival Foods - 2534 Steffens Court - Responsibilities:
Maintain Freshness:
Maintain appropriate stock levels in the fresh cut department by observing sales floor and cooler conditions, producing, stocking, and replenishing products as needed.;
Provide Exceptional Service:
Deliver outstanding service to all guests, assist guests with finding what they're looking for, and resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.;
Ensure Cleanliness:
Keep the department clean by organizing and sanitizing work areas, shelving, and sales floors as needed.;
Monitor Quality & Food Safety:
Maintain quality standards and food safety logs, meeting quantity expectations by 10 am and 5 pm.;
Honor Commitments:
Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice for absences.
