The Green Bay Packers Pro Shop is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support daily operations of the Pro Shop Ecommerce Division in Green Bay, WI. You will take orders over the phone, process gifts, assist customers, and help with fulfillment during peak times, including game days.
Responsibilities include answering calls, making courtesy calls, learning Magento and NCR CounterPoint, and collaborating with the team to meet Pro Shop goals. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.
