The Store Manager is accountable for the total operation of the store. Responsibilities include hiring, mentoring, supervision, buying and merchandising products, scheduling, controlling inventory, complying with relevant regulations and standards.

• Set and achieve the highest standards in retail execution.
• Model and provide our customers with outstanding customer service.
• Train and lead an outstanding team in a manner consistent with Consumer Cooperative's vision and standards.
• Implement and support all company programs.
• Establish a positive work environment and maintain high team morale.
• Develop team members to become our future Team Leaders through leading by example, excellent communication and delivering a clear and concise message.
• Drive team productivity and achieve required labor and margin targets.
• Maintain a well-stocked and beautifully merchandised store.
• Uphold and maintain department and store standards.

• Uphold all Loss Prevention and Safety practices and procedures.

• Ability to multi-task, excellent follow-thru and ability to see the big picture.
