• Provides oversight,guidance,and supportto team members as directed by the Store Manager.
• Leads team members byassistingwith training,coaching and developing skills.
• Maintainsaclean,safe,andorganizedwork area.
• Demonstrates strongproficiencywhileremainingadaptable in a dynamic environment, supporting a wide range of tasks including opening and closing the store.
• Maintains a consistent presence throughoutstorewhile engaging with team members and customers.
• Communicates with store leadership team and team members in a way that promotes an effective and consistent flow of information throughout the store.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+year(s) ofretailleadershipexperiencepreferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skillsandthe ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, customerserviceand attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• At least a basic level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint,SharePoint and Outlook.
• Experience with common reporting and dashboard tools.
• Ability tomaintainconfidentiality.
• Reliable transportation and ability toworka flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular andtimelyattendancein accordance withthe assigned work schedule.

• Work is performed primarily in a standard retail backroom or warehouse environment with extensive team member contact and frequent interruptions.
• Primary function requires sufficient physical ability to repetitively:
• Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Independently twist,lift, carry,pushorpull moderate (10pounds) to heavy (25 pounds) of weight; using a team liftfor objects weighing over 25 pounds.
• Reach (approximately 54inches).
• Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch.
• Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks.
• Verbally communicate to exchange information.
