• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
• Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their needs
• Run reports to verify accuracy of information regarding insurance and driving history
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers
• Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as needed

• Must possess a Property & Casualty Producer’s License or be willing to obtain one within 15 business days of employment
• Minimum of prior sales experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities

• Experience in the insurance industry or related sales field
• Ability to multi‑task with speed and accuracy
• Knowledge of company guidelines and ability to communicate them effectively
• Participation in sales meetings, seminars, or educational activities to maintain state licensing
