What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll receive training, coaching, and hands‑on experience to develop core sales skills while supporting our Business Development team.

  • Learn how to conduct professional outbound calls using provided lead lists
  • Build confidence engaging with potential customers and understanding their business needs
  • Ask thoughtful questions to uncover challenges and introduce relevant technology solutions
  • Accurately capture customer information, notes, and next steps in our CRM system
  • Partner with experienced Business Development Managers to qualify leads and schedule meetings
  • Gain product knowledge on Panasonic TOUGHBOOK® laptops, tablets, handheld devices, and related solutions such as in‑car video and body‑worn cameras
What We’re Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree or recent college graduate (business, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow professionally
  • Self‑motivation, reliability, and a positive, competitive mindset
  • Comfort using basic technology tools (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Previous sales, internship, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus — but not required
