Ticket Sales Representative

Responsible for selling season, partial, and group ticket packages for the Legends Global Ticket Sales team, working under the guidance of the Sr Director, Sales.

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls, set appointments, deliver sales presentations, and close sales.
• Sell the full menu of ticket packages, including full seasons, partial plans, and groups.
• Work non-traditional hours, weekends, events, and game days.
• Maintain specified activity levels (calls made, appointments set) and meet sales goals.
• Maintain an optimistic, team‑first attitude and a competitive drive to be the best.

• Team‑oriented work style with effective communication and influencing skills for C‑level clients.
• Professional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports.
• Adherence to safety policies, completion of required safety training, and practice of safe work habits.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
