Sales Representative

Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry and recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as a Best Staffing Firms to work for, is looking for a sales representative for the Green Bay and surrounding areas.

• A base salary of $50-60k/year plus uncapped commissions. Our sales representatives average $55-70k the 1st year, $70-90k the 2nd year and $80-100k+ the 3rd year

You will be responsible for making sales calls to targeted prospective clients to expand the current client base. You will join a team of seasoned reps who will mentor and guide you to effectively develop and implement a sales plan, negotiate pricing, and prepare bids and service agreements.

• Previous staffing or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related course of study preferred.
