Asset Protection Manager
This position is accountable for managing a profile of Asset Protection for Manufacturing and Processing customers in order to maintain and increase sales/growth and market share for the Protective & Marine Division.
This position is a field position and will be expected to travel at least 50% of the time, in the Central Area of the Midwest Division (covering Chicago, Rockford, Bloomington, IL and Green Bay, Appleton & Madison, WI).
Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.
Responsibilities-based related customers and provide for Protective and Marine Coating needs in all of those various facilities/locations.
This person will also work with Product Marketing to create awareness of new products to serve customer needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.)
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have one (1) year of experience in business-to-business sales
- Must be willing to travel as required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher
- Have one (1) year experience in the Protective & Marine sales or High-Performance Flooring sales.
- Completed the AMPP Coatings Inspector Program, or have NACE or SSPC certification.
