Outside Sales Representative

The QTI Group is excited to partner with a manufacturing company based in the greater Green Bay area as they look to hire a new Outside Sales Representative. This role will be responsible for frequent travel throughout the Midwest (typically Wisconsin and Illinois markets) to identify potential new customers and develop customized sales pitches for customers and building strong relationships in the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute sales strategies, revenue goals, pricing structures, and customer proposals to drive business growth.
• Develop relationships with potential customers, creating customized solutions to meet varying customer demands
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and logistics performance to uncover opportunities and ensure efficient product delivery.
• Partner with customers, production teams, and company leadership to deliver exceptional service, maintain quality standards, support new product development, and achieve overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field preferred
• 3+ years of outside sales experience with an emphasis on “hunting” new business
• Previous experience or familiarity with manufacturing operations preferred
• Ability to travel throughout the Midwest, estimated at 25% travel
