Description What You’ll Do As an Inside Sales

Representative, you’ll help expand BAYCOM’s customer base by developing relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the success of our sales team.

• Proactively engage in outbound calling using curated lead lists to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Establish rapport with prospects through value-driven communication, understanding their goals, and aligning solutions to their needs.
• Collect and accurately document customer data - including business needs, decision-making processes, and timelines - within CRM systems.
• Ask insightful questions to identify challenges and position Panasonic products that solve real-world problems.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers by qualifying leads, setting appointments, and ensuring smooth handoffs.

You’ll work specifically with Panasonic’s rugged computing solutions - TOUGHBOOK laptops, tablets, and handhelds, as well as i-PRO in-car Video, Body-worn Cameras, And Accessories.
