Customer Service Industrial Sales Representative

Machine Service, Inc. is a leader in the manufacturing of drive shafts and components. The company has over 75 years of experience in the driveline business, serving large OEM’s as well as industrial accounts and small driveline repairs. We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and organized CSR Industrial Sales Representative for a customer-facing in office role. The ideal candidate has customer service experience and a technical background.

Pay:
Negotiable-commensurate with experience

• Perform project management duties from quote to shipment.
• Quote and process parts orders.
• Work with other outside & inside sales representatives, and engineers to support customers.
• Provide product information and support directly to the customer.
• Work with customer and internal team to develop custom solutions for powertrain applications.
• Follow up on customer orders and provide updates to customers.
• Use Cloud Suite Industrial ERP software to perform job functions such as quotes, item BOM’s, customer orders, job orders, shipping, and invoicing.

• The individual will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Related experience and schooling preferred..
• Ability to read basic blueprints/drawings.
• Knowledge of machine shop processes a plus.
