• Prospecting, building and maintaining relationships with families.
• Sell premium cemetery property, products and services to clients
• Inform and educate families on options for pre-planning final arrangements
• Work with families at the time of a death to provide personalized burial arrangements that create a positive impression during a difficult time
• Obtain referrals
• Network within the community to present on the importance of cemetery and funeral arrangements.
• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer satisfaction
• Represent company professionally

• Valid driver's License with reliable vehicle and auto insurance (Required)
• Ability to obtain Cemetery Sales license through the state of Wisconsin.
• Schedule Monday - Friday, some weekends. There are set hours as well as flexibility to set your own schedule

This is a sales position, however also combines customer service and professional office sales. You must display empathy and compassion while being able to find sales opportunities and act on them accordingly. Consultative, educational sales is the approach we take.
