We're seeking an experienced HVAC Comfort Consultant who knows how to build relationships, understand customer needs, and turn recommendations into results. Pay: Base pay plus commission, with uncapped earning potential.

You’ll meet with homeowners to discuss their heating, cooling, and indoor comfort concerns, assess their existing systems, and recommend replacement or upgrade options. Your goal is to help customers make informed decisions through clear explanations, accurate proposals, and responsive follow-up.
We value honest recommendations, professional service, and lasting customer relationships. You’ll work closely with our service, installation, and office teams to deliver a smooth experience from the initial consultation through installation.
What You’ll Do- Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate HVAC needs and comfort concerns.
- Develop and present solutions that fit each homeowner’s needs and budget.
- Explain equipment options, energy efficiency, financing, and warranties.
- Prepare accurate proposals and maintain complete sales records.
- Follow up promptly, answer questions, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
- Build referral opportunities through excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to communicate project scope and customer expectations.
- Meet individual sales goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Manage your schedule, open opportunities, and customer communications.
- Sales experience in HVAC, electrical, home services, construction, remodeling, or a related industry
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting recommendations and answering customer questions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements
- Previous HVAC industry experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment options
- Experience with in-home sales presentations and financing programs
