Summary:

** Responsible for receiving incoming product and equipment and notifying the appropriate staff of its arrival. Monitor CCTV and report any potential issues to the Director of Security.

* Job Duties:

*** Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.
* Ability to learn the complex CCTV system.
* Report in detail any potential issues within the complex.
* Report any issues with alarm systems to appropriate staff.
* Surveillance and communication skills.
* Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
* Contact Law Enforcement and Director of Security in cases of emergency, presence of unauthorized persons or other incidents.## Qualifications
* Interpersonal skills essential when interacting with Supervisors, Company staff and outside vendors and exhibitors.
* Experience working with CCTV.
* Knowledge of law enforcement and security practices normally acquired through participation in a protective services/law enforcement technical college program is helpful.
* Proven verbal and written skills required to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of Company personnel, promoters/clients, and the public.
* Ability to exercise proper action and attitude in handling incidents and demands of the entertainment environment.
