Overview
General
Summary:
Responsible for receiving incoming product and equipment and notifying the appropriate staff of its arrival. Monitor CCTV and report any potential issues to the Director of Security. Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values. Ability to learn the complex CCTV system. Report in detail any potential issues within the complex. Report any issues with alarm systems to appropriate staff.
Surveillance and communication skills. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises. Contact Law Enforcement and Director of Security in cases of emergency, presence of unauthorized persons or other incidents.
- Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.
- Ability to learn the complex CCTV system; monitor surveillance and report potential issues.
- Report in detail any potential issues within the complex; report alarm system issues to appropriate staff.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
- Contact Law Enforcement and Director of Security in cases of emergency, presence of unauthorized persons, or other incidents.
- Interpersonal Skills essential when interacting with Supervisors, Company staff and outside vendors and exhibitors.
- Experience working with CCTV.
- Knowledge of law enforcement and security practices normally acquired through participation in a protective services/law enforcement technical college program is helpful.
- Verbal and written skills required to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of Company personnel, promoters/clients, and the public.
- Ability to exercise proper action and attitude in handling incidents and demands of the entertainment environment.
