As an on‑call flex officer, you will train at multiple locations and cover shifts as needed. The schedule can change frequently, so you must have open availability and respond to the Operations Manager when called for a job or schedule change. Federally recognized holidays are paid at time‑and‑a‑half; if you are called in on your day off or on short notice, you are paid at time‑and‑a‑half.

Job Skills / Requirements$18.00 per hour. Must have own reliable vehicle. Ability to commit to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift and be flexible over weekends to cover available shifts.
Minimum Requirements- Current driver's license and a good driving record.
- Reliable transportation for traveling to multiple sites.
- Mileage and time‑travel pay.
- Must obtain Wisconsin State Security Officer License.
- Pass background check.
- Pass on‑site drug test at time of hire.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor, open communication with Operations Manager, and quick learning.
- Monitor premises to prevent theft or rule infractions.
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates for proper function and security.
- Warn violators of premises rules and regulations.
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
- Report any facility issues.
- Request emergency personnel for high‑risk situations if applicable.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Familiarity with security equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Responsible and dependable.
- Willing to participate in the company's pre‑employment screening process, including drug screening and background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license.
- Must not have any felonies per Wisconsin DSPS Private Security License requirements.
