Retail Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor retail floor, entrances, and exits to deter theft and unauthorized activity
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the premises
• Operate and monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations
• Enforce store policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely incident and daily activity reports
• Liaise with store management and law enforcement as required
• Provide visible, professional customer service and assistance
• Support investigations of theft, accidents, and policy violations
• Maintain high standards of appearance, conduct, and confidentiality
