The Boat House of Three Lakes Service Department seeks an experienced Marine Technician. Candidates with marine, auto, or heavy equipment engine experience are required; dealership experience is preferred. The Boat House will support those pursuing Master Certification and offer competitive wages.

Responsibilities- Conduct routine maintenance and repair services on marine engines, propulsion systems, and related components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a variety of marine vessels.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and modifications to enhance marine system performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used and work performed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Proven experience as a Marine Technician with expertise in marine engine systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong knowledge of various marine vessels, including boats and other watercraft.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in diverse environments.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel to different locations for on‑site services.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
