We are seeking a skilled and dependable Trailer Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of trailers to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. What You’ll DoInspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of trailers, including structural, mechanical, and electrical components
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment safety and reliability
Repair or replace brakes, suspensions, axles, air systems, lighting, flooring, doors, and related components
Troubleshoot issues efficiently and recommend appropriate repairs
Complete work orders and service documentation accurately and timely
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding repair needs and timelines
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience as a Trailer Technician or similar mechanical role preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose trailer issues
Experience with welding, fabrication, brakes, suspension, or air systems is a plus
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, but not required depending on role)
