Job Description

- Refurbish the electric vehicle chargers and harvest parts.
- Install, wire, and commission EV chargers and associated equipment.
- Perform low‑voltage electrical work, including conduit installation, wiring, and panel connections.
- Troubleshoot and repair EV chargers, networking components, and power distribution systems.
- Work with LAN/Wi‑Fi networks and configure network‑connected devices.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites for installation or troubleshooting (rare cases).
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Collaborate with engineers on product validation and testing.
- Maintain proper documentation for installations, troubleshooting, and network configurations.

- Starting Salary: $29-$38
- Allowance:
Daily allowance may apply according to company policies. - Hours Per Week: 40+;
Overtime: 1.5x for the extra hours after 40 (weekly basis). - Average OT hours per week: 0-10.
- Workweek:
Monday‑Friday / 6:00 am – 3:00 pm/9 am‑6 pm (dependent on schedule; billable hours counted). - Work schedule will be notified 1‑5 days in advance.
- Will work on weekends? Saturdays or Sundays if required.

Direct Deposit or Check. - Payment Days:
Monthly or Biweekly, worker’s choice. - Rest Breaks: 1 hour lunch break.
- Experience with low‑voltage electrical work (wiring, conduit installation, panel work).
- Comfortable working with 208 V/240 V single‑phase and 480 V 3‑phase electrical systems.
- Background in network setup and troubleshooting (LAN/Wi‑Fi) and configuring network equipment.
- Interest in EV charging technology and renewable energy.
- Knowledge of PLCs, microcontrollers, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or ARM‑based devices is a plus.
- Ability to work early morning/late afternoon for special cases.
- Willing to travel occasionally for site visits.
- English Level Requirement:
At least B2/C1 reading, writing, and speaking. - Must attend job training (2 days) in a bilingual environment.
- Must attend safety meetings.
- GPS proficiency and driver record:
Must provide a clean drive record. - Drivers license required: A U.S. license is essential for local and inter‑state travel.
- Academic Credentials:
Electrical Engineering preferred;
Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical with experience. - Physical requirements:
Bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling may be required; heavy components involved.
- Is the worker required to supervise other workers? No.
- Criminal Background Check:
Yes (CBC coordinated through recruitment before departure). - Drug Test:
Yes (DT coordinated through recruitment before departure; cannabis positive not accepted; Panel 5 or above required).
- Work boots are provided. Clothing (long sleeve button shirts and work pants) to be purchased by employee.
- All PPE supplies are provided by the company.
- Paid flight to business location (Newark, La Guardia, JFK).
- Travel Food Expense Covered:
First‐time travel reimbursement up to $50 USD per day. - One meal upon arrival provided.
- Transportation provided:
Company EV for work sites (including use at home for other sites). - Employees keep vehicle for work purposes only; 50 mi over weekend for personal use allowed.

- No housing provided by employer.
- Initial/temporary housing may be secured prior to arrival; further discussion during interview.
- Temporary stay with other workers under discussion.
- Travel accommodation provided for overnight stays during U.S. site visits.
