Equipment Operation:
Ensure a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.;
Customer Service:
Strive to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers and maintain positive client relationships.;
Technical Ability:
Understand technical aspects and troubleshoot equipment and software issues as needed.;
Systems Knowledge:
Complete paperwork and systems entries accurately and coordinate with staff and outside vendors.;
Up-selling & Invoicing:
Increase revenue with floor up-selling techniques and assist with finalizing invoices.
