We are hiring a Forklift Operator to support our Shipping team and collaborate with our Receiving and Production teams as needed.
Position details: 8‑hour shift, Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Overtime is voluntary. Starting pay $21‑$23 per hour, with potential for a higher rate based on experience.

- Support the shipping and receiving departments in completing daily schedules of inbound and outbound freight.
- Maintain the warehouse, performing housekeeping duties and ensuring the SQF audit is ready.
- Promote the facility vision and PBM philosophy to fellow employees and customers.
- Operate mobile equipment with various attachments, clamps, forks, prongs, etc., to move material throughout the mill to ensure a smooth flow for production and shipping.
- Conduct preventative maintenance repairs and tasks on various mobile equipment.
- Operate mobile equipment/forklift in a fast‑paced environment.
- Remove all jewelry during the shift to comply with SQF standards.
- 1 year of experience on industrial forklifts using box clamp, roll clamp, slip sheet/grabber attachments.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed for business demand.
- History of attending scheduled shifts without violations, including tardiness.
- Ability to independently operate computers, tablets, and similar technology with a proven capacity to learn and professionally use new software such as SAP.
- Experience using a warehouse management system.
- Experience in a paper manufacturing environment.
